Hope Dealers Not Dope Dealers

You know what it costs. You know what it takes.
You've seen what the other product does to a block, a family, a life. You may have been the one selling it. You may have been the one buying it.

There's a different product on the table now. Same streets. Different deal.

21M Americans with addiction. Only 10% get treatment.
100K Overdose deaths per year in the US.
1 Conversation can change the outcome.
0 Minimum qualifications to reach out here.
Two Products. Same Streets.

What's on the table.

☠️ The Old Product
Price: Everything. Eventually.
The costYour money. Your freedom. Your relationships. Your body. Your future. It collects on all of them.
The contractNo exit clause. The deeper you go the more it costs to leave. Most people don't leave until they lose something they can't get back.
Who you becomeSomeone you don't recognize. Someone the people who loved you don't recognize either.
Where it leadsThree places. Locked up. Institutionalized. Dead. The old-timers say it every meeting and they're right.
⚡ The New Product
Price: Honesty. That's the buy-in.
What you get backNot necessarily what you lost. Something better — a version of yourself that knows what it survived and what it's made of.
The contractOne day at a time. No long-term commitment required to start. You just have to show up today.
Who you becomeSomeone who knows exactly what they came from and exactly where they're going. That combination is powerful.
Where it leadsBack to the people who matter. Forward to something worth showing up for. Sometimes back to the same streets — as the dealer of a different product.
From The Street

"The same hustle that kept you alive out there
is the same hustle that makes you unstoppable when you flip it."

The Going Ministry

No program.
Just the deal.

Hope Dealers is not a rehab. It is not a twelve-step meeting with a different name. It is not a church trying to look like the street. It is a ministry — which means it starts from a different place entirely.

It starts from the belief that you were made for more than the next score, and that the same God who got people out of Egyptian slavery can get you out of whatever has its hands on you right now.

Eric Schwalbach has been in the classroom for thirty years and in the streets for just as long. He is not afraid of your story. He has heard it before. He did not walk away.

// Terms of the Deal
No minimum sobriety required. You can reach out from the bottom. That's actually where this works best.
No church clothes required. Come as you are. Bring what you actually have, not the cleaned-up version.
No judgment on your past. What you did to survive is not the same as who you are. The ministry knows the difference.
No donation required. The 10% Calling isn't about money first. It's about time, talent, and skill. You have all three.
Real. Not programmatic. Eric responds himself. Not an intake coordinator. Not a form letter. Him.
The Dealer

He's been on
those streets too.

Eric Schwalbach has been a classroom teacher in Central Florida for over thirty years. He has also been in the streets, the prisons, the recovery rooms, and the places nobody wants to go, for just as long. He didn't build this ministry from the outside looking in.

"Christ said Come and See — but He ordered us to Go."

The Going Ministry is not headquartered in a building. It lives in the places where the people are. That includes wherever you are right now.

Make the trade.

Tell Eric where you're at. He's heard it before. He won't flinch. If you're ready to talk — or even if you're just not sure yet — reach out. The product is on the table.
